Jazz 

Our Teen Jazz Funk class is specifically designed for dancers ages 13 and older who have a passion for jazz dance. This dynamic class combines the fundamentals of traditional jazz technique with a contemporary flair, incorporating popular choreography inspired by today's music videos. Our goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where dancers can explore their artistic abilities, grow as performers, and have a blast. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, our Teen Jazz Funk class welcomes students of all levels. No prior experience is necessary, so come join us and let the rhythm and energy of jazz dance elevate your skills to new heights!

Tap

Our Teen Tap Exploration class is specially designed for dancers aged 13 years and older who are interested in discovering the joy and artistry of Tap dancing. This class warmly welcomes new-to-tap dancers, and experienced tappers alike, providing a supportive environment for learning and building a strong foundation in Tap technique. With two different level options, we welcome all enthusiastic teens aged 13 years and older, regardless of their prior experience in Tap. Come join us and embark on an exciting journey of rhythm, creativity, and the joy of Tap dance!

Pointe & Pointe Preparation

Our Pointe Preparation and Ballet Fundamentals class is designed for intermediate to advanced ballet dancers who are looking to prepare their bodies for the technical and physical demands of Pointe work. In this class, we will focus on building the fundamental skills required to safely execute Pointe work, including increasing and maintaining turn-out, strengthening the core, and preparing the feet through stretching and strengthening activities. Our experienced instructors are trained to work with intermediate to advanced ballet dancers and will guide you through the class with patience, care, and enthusiasm. This class is the perfect opportunity for ballet dancers who are looking to take their training to the next level and prepare themselves for the physical demands of Pointe work.

Ballet & Contemporary

Our Ballet /Contemporary class is designed for intermediate to advanced ballet dancers who are interested in refining their ballet technique and exploring various styles of Contemporary dance, including Cunningham, Graham, and Horton. This class is open to dancers 13 years of age and older. Our experienced instructors are well-versed in ballet technique and contemporary styles, and they will guide you through the class with expertise, patience, and enthusiasm. This class is perfect for ballet dancers who are looking to diversify their training, explore new movement possibilities, and deepen their understanding of both ballet and contemporary dance.

Acrodance 5+

Our comprehensive AcroDance program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in various fields, including dance, contortion, gymnastics, yoga, and more, this is the ultimate program for any aspiring acrobat!  AcroDance is like gymnastics for dancers, where students develop specific strength, flexibility, stamina, and technique. Our trained instructors guide students through a series of acrobatic tricks that can be incorporated into future dance choreography. With our testing of skills, students will advance to new levels and take their acrobatic abilities to the next level.

Hip Hop

Our Hip Hop 2 class is an exciting and dynamic dance class designed for dancers aged 9 years and older. This class introduces dancers to the energetic world of Hip Hop, focusing on building foundational skills and stage presence in a fun and supportive environment.

During our thorough warm-up, we will focus on building strength, flexibility, and speed through a series of dynamic exercises and stretches. This will prepare dancers for the energetic and rhythmic movements they will explore throughout the class.

In Hip Hop 2, dancers will learn essential Hip Hop techniques, including isolations, grooves, and footwork. They will practice age-appropriate choreography that emphasizes rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Our goal is to help dancers connect movement with music, enhancing their performance quality and confidence on stage.
